The Treatment Tech FLEX controller is a replacement for the following domestic waste treatment plant controllers:

Features
- Graphic LCD and highly user friendly user interface (menu system) which makes diagnostics and changing settings a breeze.
- Permanently powered pump output and controlled blower output.
- Four extra-low voltage input/output channels that adapt to the selected application (controlling solenoids, float switch inputs, etc.).
- Air pressure and high level sensing via analogue sensors instead of pressure switches. Unlike pressure switches which can fail over time these sensors will provide long term reliable operation.
- Compatible with either the 2-wire remote alarm plate or a strobe and siren for alarm indication.
- Compact, robust mechanical design.
- Internal, strong surge protection.
- Meets the control and alarm requirements of AS/NZS 1546.3 2017 for Aerated Wastewater Treatment Systems.
- Compatible with all relevant Australian electrical product safety standards (RCM).
- 24 month warranty.
- Optional WiFi for remote monitoring using Wastewater Cloud.

Application Guide
The Treatment Tech FLEX is compatible with the following treatment plant applications. Please note that depending on the specific site and the mechanical configuration some slight modifications may be required.
| Ozzi Kleen RP10 | MkII Controller: can be used but plumbing and electrical modifications will be necessary. Remote alarm plate will need to be replaced. MkIII/MkIV: Direct drop-in (but no irrigation solenoid control). OK1: Direct drop-in but remote alarm plate and likely the decant solenoid will need to be replaced. |
| Bio Treat | The FLEX can be used for all of these applications using the generic profile. If a remote alarm indicator is fitted in the house this will need to be replaced with a Treatment Tech REMOTE. |
